Training under a zoo keeper sensei, dissent between the animals grows as they argue over whether to use their new found powers for good or evil. Those wishing to use their powers to take over the world decide to form their own criminal faction and it’s up to our Goo Jit Zu heroes to battle against their brethren and save us all.
When mysterious meteors and two diabolical villains threaten the world, the Goo Jit Zu heroes must reunite and, with the help of new allies, form the ultimate GOOTRON SUPREME! to stop a world-eating monster.
After saving the world, the Goo Jit Zu heroes Blazagon, Pantaro, and Thrash settle into regular jobs at the zoo, yearning for their past adventures. When mysterious meteors crash across the globe and two new villains, Cacticus and Sludgewing, emerge, the heroes are thrust back into action. Teaming up with new allies Rhinostone, Jagoour, and Hydro-sting, they must stop the villains from creating a world-eating monster, Meteorax. After an initial defeat, the heroes discover their collected meteors can fuse them into a powerful mechanical giant known as GOOTRON SUPREME! With the help of their new friends, they defeat Meteorax and save the world once again.
